STRUCTURE
A sitemap built from search intent
One page per service and offer, organised the way customers search, not the way your org chart reads. This structure is the foundation SEO and AI citation are later built on.

Most business sites are brochures, they describe the company and never ask for the call. We build the other kind: fast, mobile-first pages where every service has its own page, proof sits next to the ask, and every call and form is tracked. Fixed quote before we start, live in 3–4 weeks, and owned by you outright.
The format is real; the figures are a sample.
Your free audit records your current site's actual numbers first: load time, the path from landing to call, and what, if anything, is being tracked.
Website design from Lazor Digital means a fast, mobile-first website built around one job: turning visitors into calls, bookings and orders. Every build includes structure and copy written for buyers, call and form tracking, SEO foundations, and the machine-readable facts layer, an AI information page and llms.txt, so Google and AI assistants describe your business correctly. Fixed quote from $3,500, agreed in writing before work starts; live in 3–4 weeks on WordPress, Shopify or custom code; the domain, the site and the content are yours.
Where websites actually leak. Rarely in how they look. The leaks are structural: a homepage asked to do every job at once, so no page speaks to the person who searched for one specific service. Paid and organic traffic landing on pages that never mention price or proof. A phone number that isn't tappable on mobile. Forms that submit into a void, or, with no bot protection, quietly fill the inbox with spam while real enquiries get buried. The design gets blamed; the missing conversion plumbing is the leak.
What we build instead. Every page is built backwards from one action, call, book or buy. Services get their own pages, which is also exactly what Google ranking and AI citation need. Proof sits next to the ask, not three clicks away. And because every call and form is tracked from day one, the site stops being an expense you hope about and becomes a number in the monthly report.
A rebuild is the right spend when the site is the bottleneck. When it isn't, the audit will say so, and point at the thing that is.
Six workstreams inside the fixed quote. Each one is either in the launched site, or it didn't happen, you'll be able to check.
STRUCTURE
One page per service and offer, organised the way customers search, not the way your org chart reads. This structure is the foundation SEO and AI citation are later built on.
COPY
Services, prices, proof and the next step, stated plainly on every page, and structured so Google can rank it and AI assistants can quote it accurately.
DESIGN
Mobile-first, because that's where your customers are. Proof next to the ask, one clear action per page, no decoration that costs load time.
BUILD
The platform is chosen by the job, not by habit. Every build carries a speed budget, fast loads on a mid-range phone, on real mobile networks.
TRACKING & FORMS
Call tracking and forms wired to your inbox and CRM before launch, with bot protection on every form, so real enquiries stop drowning in spam submissions.
LAUNCH & HANDOVER
Redirects from every old URL, analytics verified end-to-end, a training session for your team, and the keys. Domain, files and content stay in your name.
PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO
Every build can include a photo and video shoot by our in-house production team, Lazor Production, so the site launches with real photography of your team, your work and your space instead of stock images.
We build on four of these: WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify and custom code. The other four are the hosted builders clients ask us about most, and each gets the same treatment: what it is fine for, where it limits you, and the way off it when you outgrow it. Your audit confirms which one your business is.
| Platform | What it does | Fits when | Our verdict |
|---|---|---|---|
| WordPress | A service-business site your own team can edit, pages, posts, updates without calling a developer | Trades, clinics and local services whose pages change and whose blog should compound | We build on it: a custom build without page-builder bloat, a speed pass, and SEO structure from day one |
| WooCommerce | The store layer inside WordPress: catalogue, checkout and orders in the same admin as your pages and posts | Stores that want the shop and the site on one platform they own, without a second system to run | We build on it, as the store option of a WordPress build: product pages written to sell, payments configured, tracking to completed orders |
| Shopify | Selling products online, catalogue, checkout and payments that just work | Stores where the order, not the enquiry, is the conversion | We build on it: store build or rebuild, product pages written to sell, tracking to completed orders |
| Wix | A drag-and-drop builder that runs entirely in the browser: a first site with no code and no developer | A starter site or a simple online presence while the business is new and the budget is close to zero | We don't build on Wix. It is fine for that starter site. The limits are structural: there is no full export, so leaving means rebuilding from scratch; SEO control stops at the basics; and the plan fees run every month whether the site earns or not. The way off it: we rebuild the site on WordPress or custom code and redirect the old URLs |
| Squarespace | A template-led builder with polished designs out of the box | Portfolios and simple brochure sites where the look matters more than structure or scale | We don't build on Squarespace. Fine for a starter site, but you can export some content, not the site itself; deeper SEO control is limited; and growing past the template means working around it while the plan fees keep running. The way off it: a rebuild on WordPress or custom code, with every old URL redirected |
| Webflow | A visual builder that outputs cleaner code than most builders, aimed at design-led marketing sites | Marketing sites where the team wants visual editing and is comfortable with the site living on Webflow's hosting | We don't build on Webflow. The output is cleaner, but the site still lives on their platform: hosting and plan fees are theirs; CMS content can be exported to CSV, but the hosted CMS does not move with a code export, and their limits become yours. The way off it: a rebuild in custom code, the way this site is built, with the files handed over to you |
| Framer | A fast visual builder aimed at landing pages and first marketing sites | Landing pages and early marketing sites that need to go live quickly | We don't build on Framer. Good for a quick landing page; the site is hosted on Framer with no full export to run it elsewhere, and content scale and deeper SEO structure run into the platform's limits. The way off it: a rebuild on custom code or WordPress, with the old URLs redirected |
| Custom code | Maximum speed and exact control, hand-built pages with nothing loaded that the page doesn't use | Marketing sites and landing pages where load time is money. This site is built this way | We build on it: hand-built static pages, forms wired to your CRM and automation, and hosting and care if you want them. The managed version is the next chapter |
Whichever of the four we build on, two things don't change: the AI information layer (an AI information page and llms.txt) ships with the build, and everything is registered in your name, domain, hosting, analytics.
The custom code row of the platform table, run as a managed service. We write the site in clean code, host it on CDN infrastructure and keep it current month to month, while the domain and the code stay yours.
How it is built and run. There is no page builder and no template underneath: the site is written in clean code and served as static pages from CDN infrastructure, close to your visitors. Static pages are fast by construction, because there is no database and no plugin stack between the visitor and the page. When the site needs a new page, AI agents draft it and a human editor checks every word and figure before it ships, so new pages go live in days, not weeks. This site is built and run exactly this way.
What you own. The domain is registered in your name and the code is yours: a full export is available on request, at any time, in a form any developer can pick up and run. There is no lock-in. If you stop the plan or leave Lazor Digital, the site is yours to take, and it keeps working wherever you choose to host it.
The same build and the same floor as every website on this page: structure, copy, tracking, SEO foundations and the AI information layer, quoted fixed in writing after the free audit.
Managed hosting on CDN infrastructure, security updates, backups, uptime monitoring, small content edits up to 30 minutes a month, and priority production of new pages, quoted per page before work starts, drafted by AI agents and checked by a human editor. Month-to-month from day one: stop with 30 days' notice in writing, and the domain and the code stay yours.
Website projects die in open-ended revision loops. Ours runs on a fixed sequence with a fixed quote, each week ends in something you can look at and approve.
The audit's findings become a sitemap and a page list; the fixed price is agreed in writing. Nothing is built before you can see exactly what you're buying.
Pages written for your buyers and designed around proof and the call. You review on a live preview link, what you approve is what gets built.
The site is built, call and form tracking wired and tested end-to-end, forms bot-protected, and the speed pass run against the load budget.
Redirects from the old site go live with the new one, analytics are verified, your team gets a training session, and the keys. The old site stays untouched until the new one is live and measured.
One-time pricing, in writing, before anything is built. The number in your proposal is the number on the invoice.
A service-business site that turns visitors into calls and bookings: one page per service, proof next to the ask, call and form tracking, SEO foundations and the AI information layer. Live in 3–4 weeks.
A Shopify build or rebuild sized by your catalogue: product pages written to sell, checkout and payments configured, tracking to completed orders, so ads and search land on pages that close.
Keep what works, fix what leaks: an existing site rebuilt on the same URLs with redirects mapped, or dedicated landing pages for the campaigns you're already paying for.
The quote is fixed after the free audit sizes the scope, page count, catalogue size, how much copy already exists. You own the domain, the site, the content and the data; hosting and platform accounts are in your name, never ours.
Sites are judged here the same way as everything else: what they produced after launch. Excerpts from the results ledger, the full cases, with scope attached, are on the Results page.
A UK cosmetology clinic: we built the website and the lead flow, then ran the ads. A $1,000 (USD) starting budget returned £25,000 (GBP) in revenue inside the first three months.
Method: website + lead generation, measured on booked treatments.
An e-commerce electronics store: we rebranded it first, then ran the ads. In 2022, $1,000 a month of ad spend produced $20,000 a month in sales.
Method: rebranding, then Google & Meta ads.
For one developer we built the websites, and the whole sales system around them, for three residential projects. All three sold: 611 apartments at Grand Village, 36 premium apartments at Grand Residence, 14 of 16 villas at Bruhovel.
Method: the website as the hub of strategy, ads, content, SMS/email and the client's sales department.
Ours starts at $3,500, one-time, as a fixed quote agreed in writing before work starts, the same number you'll see in your proposal. What moves the price: page count, whether it's a store with a catalogue or a service site, and how much copy and photography already exists. E-commerce builds and large rebuilds are quoted fixed the same way, after the free audit sizes the scope.
A standard business website is live in 3–4 weeks: structure and fixed quote in week one, copy and design in week two, build and tracking in week three, launch and handover in week four. Stores with large catalogues take longer, and the proposal states the date before we start. The timeline runs on your approvals; pages left unreviewed are the only thing that has ever slowed a launch.
The one that fits the job. WordPress for service businesses that need to edit pages themselves; Shopify for selling products, where checkout and payments are the job; custom code when speed and exact control matter most, landing pages and marketing sites, including this one. Whichever we build on, the domain, content and analytics are registered in your name.
Yes, completely. The domain, the website, the content and the data are yours, in your accounts. If you ever leave, everything stays with you and keeps working. An agency that builds your site inside its own accounts is renting you your own business.
Yes, that's the standard path. The audit maps every existing URL first; at launch, each old page redirects to its replacement, so links and rankings carry over instead of resetting. Tracking is verified end-to-end before the switch, and the old site stays untouched until the new one is live and measured.
No, and we'd rather say so before you spend. A website converts the traffic it gets; it doesn't create traffic. If your problem is that nobody finds you, that's SEO & GEO or ads, and the audit will say which. Most clients pair the build with one of them, so the new pages have visitors to convert from day one.
Yes. The domain and the code are yours, and a full export is available on request at any time. If you stop the Care & Hosting plan or leave Lazor Digital entirely, the site is yours to take and it keeps running wherever you host it. There is no lock-in, and nothing is held back.
For a starter site, you can; both are fine for getting a first page online, and the platform table above says so. The limits show up as the business grows: page speed you cannot fully control, SEO settings that stop at the basics, plan fees that run every month, and no full export, so leaving the platform means rebuilding the site from scratch. A custom code build removes those limits, and the result is yours outright. If you are on a builder now and outgrowing it, we rebuild the site and redirect the old URLs.
